Developing Ball Handling Through Square Dribbling

Square dribbling is taking basketball handling right back to basics, and is an effective warm-up workout to get the hands warm and the basketball feeling good in the hands. Handling the basketball is imperative for all positions, not just point guards. If a centre spends some workout time on dribbling, he can become a greater threat. Guards and forwards obviously need to be able to attack off the dribble to score and force defenders to sag off. My favourite ball handling basketball workouts involve two balls.
